Clera Windows + Doors

I just want to say that my experience dealing with Clera Windows and Doors was very encouraging. It is nice to see quality work and people who care. The windows are beautiful looking, are easy to open and close and make the rooms much more comfortable. Also, I wanted to point out that they also deaden the sound of traffic going by our busy street. Bob Peyman is very knowlegable, easy to deal with and made the whole process enjoyable. Thanks again.

I badly needed four windows and a patio door replaced for sometime now but I am very skeptical about believing most salesmen promoting their one-of-a-kind outstanding products, so I decided to get a few quotations to compare products, pricing and service. After a really horrible experience with one so-called installer claiming to be owner/manufacturer/installer etc of a window company who frequently advertises in home renovation brochures, I was lucky to have a co-worker recommend Clera Windows & Doors. My call was promptly returned and an appointment was set-up with Frank Altieri, sales manager in my area. Frank showed up on time and immediately I felt comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge of his product and service. They are a family based company for many many years and take pride in maintaining an impeccable reputation in their field. What is unique about Clera Windows & Doors is that they manufacture their own product and have their own dedicated installers…no out-sourcing..so they have hands-on control over the whole process, from the manufacturing time and the installation time. Frank Altieri took his time to explain to me the difference between retro-fit vs brick-to-brick installation and gave me his honest recommendation that due to the extensive rot to my frames and sill, that I needed the brick to brick installation, while being a little more expensive now, I would save myself a lot of grief and problems in the long run. The other companies just told me it was up to me what I wanted to do. I was upfront with Frank that I needed a few days to review my quotations. He did not push me for a quick decision nor did he put down any other company. He answered all my other inquiries promptly. His quote was competitive, but in the end it was really his honest and professional personality that won him my business. He set-up the scheduling with the installer. Drew and his crew called ahead of time to confirm the installation. Arrived on time and had his crew working so efficiently that they got the job done within the time-frame they had said it would take. They were so polite and courteous and did a fantastic job. Frank Altieri also contacted me to follow up after the installation to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I will definitely call Frank back when I’m am ready for my other window and door requirements and I will highly recommend Clera Windows & Doors to all my family and friends.

Denis was my point of contact with Clera windows and doors. Pathway Child care centre received all new windows. Denis was very helpful in choosing the correct style and function for the daycare. The installers were very patient and courteous while installing during business hours. I recommend to anyone looking for their services.

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting one of Clera Windows and Doors sales representative and was extremely pleased with the professional service we received. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions regarding the latest trends in home improvements. We had a second visit this past week when we decided to place our order which was as pleasant as the first. Following the placement of our order I had a change of heart about some of the choices I made and contacted our representative a few days later and asking if I could change my order. This is the second time we have contracted Clera Windows. A couple of years ago, I replaced our front door. I was so impressed with Chris Larock who did not high pressure sell and was able to guide us to what is best for our needs. So when it came time to replace our patio door and second floor windows no research needed. I called Chris and he came out and we were able to place our order. I must mention the installers are EXCELLENT! Our neighbours commented on their work ethics. All in All I would use Chris and Clera Windows again and have recommended them to many friends and neighbours.

Having never owned an old house until now, we searched and had 3 or 4 companies come in and give us an estimate for changing all of the windows in our bungalow.
We found that Joe was honest and above board. He estimated what it would cost to install the windows and accurate on his pricing. His explanation was the windows was far superior than other estimates we obtained. They were not the highest estimate nor were they the lowest, we felt comfortable dealing with Joe.
The crew showed up on the exact date & time that they were to start the job, cleaned up after doing the job and taking away all of the hold windows, including all of the old screening not only for the windows but also for the doors that we haven't changed yet. The crew were always polite and the workmanship was excellent.
Joe always called and asked how the workmanship was and if we had any problems, which we never did.
We have no hesitation in recommending Joe Pinheiro or Clera Windows.
