Clera Windows + Doors

We had the ten windows at the front of our house replaced. The new windows look great. A couple of the trim pieces that were installed had dents in them. That was a little frustrating however our sales rep came and fixed those for us. All in all, we are quite happy with the new windows and would recommend Clera to our friends/family

Just wanted to tell you that your crew did a wonderful job on installing all three entrance doors on our house. One door was particularly difficult to install. However they did it wonderfully as well. They were courteous, careful, and efficient, completing the job in one day. Our old house has never looked better.

What a great experience! Gene came in person and spent lots of time going over our options for a century home with original windows. We opted for four new windows and a front door. Looking at our front room bay windows with ancient stained glass, Gene suggested that because of their fragile nature and their architectural value to the house, we just have new storms installed to cut the draft and preserve the appearance. Other sales people have told me they couldn't guarantee saving the stained glass, just to replace them all, even though it would change the look dramatically. But Gene understood our needs and offered a solution, that fit our needs even if it was less profitable for him. That's honesty. Installation was not an easy task because of the age, but the installation team did an amazing job. Everything is flawlessly installed and I think the yard was cleaner after they left than before. Clera's prices are the best we've found, the workmanship of the windows and their installers are excellent. And the windows are made in Canada. Thanks Gene and Clera - we love our new windows!

Dennis Jr. took the order and was pleasant and helpful. Ranjan did the installation and he was friendly, efficient, tidy, and completed the installation in a timely manner. Dennis Sr. followed up and seemed genuinely interested in our opinions(someone that stands behind the product and service). Only criticism was in the length of time from order to install. I would not hesitate to use Clera for future renovation projects and would have no reservations in recommending Clera to friends and family!

The entire sales and fulfillment process with Clera was excellent. The sales person, Joe Pinheiro, listened to our thoughts and then made a few suggestions regarding products. He gave the pros and cons of all the options available. We liked his ideas better than ours and went forward. The workmanship was great. The crew came in, removed the old door, installed the new, installed the finish millwork, cleaned up and left. There was no fuss, no mess, just a great looking, and working, sliding door with transom. My wife and I will be looking to Joe and Clera to replace some windows in the future.

Although it took longer than expected for the windows to come in;
once Drew came to install them it was worth the wait. There was unforeseen rotting in the wood and Drew went quickly to get the material needed to correct the problem. His calmness and knowledge was greatly appreciated.

We have used Clera windows and doors now twice and both times have been very happy with service the provide they are very professional and neat and clean as they do there work and are very approachable while there are on the site.
I would recommend Clera doors to anyone who needs doors or windows with areas guarantee .

Drew division 58. Delivery of product was 10 weeks instead of the 6 to 8 but job was well done and contractors were pleasant. Overall we are satisfied with the service.
