Clera Windows + Doors

I had sent in an email request for a quote and Vito Paonessa returned my call. Vito was professional and very knowledgeable regarding Clera products and other window manufacturers in general. he took the time to come to my house, bring in a sample window and explained the different features and benefits. The service was great, on time, installation went perfectly.We are planning to replace a bay window in the spring and will definitely will be going with Clera again.

Terry Blondin offered a no pressure straight up info session where my wife and I felt very comfortable and relaxed. (We had had another company in before for a quote). With easy payment options available to us, and Clera Windows reputation in the industry it became a very easy decision. The crew was very fast, clean and the quality of work was amazing. But you know what put the service experience over the top? I wasn't sure if/what I should look for in a finished product so I asked Terry if he could take time out of his busy schedule to stop over. He told me to pick the time and he would be there. We went over the installations and assured me that if I had any future concerns or issues he was available. This is a first class organization, run by first class people. When you have a decision to make for replacing windows, there is no decision. It's Clera Windows or settle for second best. I'm glad I made the right choice.

We had just built a deck and wanted a bedroom window replaced with a sliding glass door to access the new deck. Vito Paonessa from Clera gave us a quote that beat the competition. We liked the product and the warranty and agreed to the contract. The crew and door arrived as promised. The work was done in less than a day. We were impressed with the professional job done by the crew and by the product they installed. We are very happy with the work and wouild recommend this company and their door to all.
