The Installers on this install were fantastic. They arrived when pre-arranged. They were respectful of house, inside and out. Our house is still under renovation and they were cognative of how the Clera products would affect future work,ie flooring in the entrance way. The crew were friendly and proffesional, and cleaned up all the mess before they left. It was a very positive experience, and I would reccommend them without hesitation. Oh, and product looks absolutley stunning.

My friend referred me to Gary Gainham at Clera Windows. Gary gave me a competitive price for excellent quality windows. The windows were installed in May and Rob installed them very professionally. I am happy with the results and I will be ordering more windows. I would tell anyone in Essex County to contact Gary for a window quote.

We just had all our windows in our home replaced. The best home renovation experience we'Ve ever had. Bobby was great at explaining the choice of windows that would be most appropriate for our situation and was very accommodating on the install date. The installation crew were amazing, took the time to answer all our questions and were very punctual. The windows look better than even we imagined!! We highly recommend Clera Windows.

John ,company owner made everything clear and easy to understand when ordering, and confirming contract.Install was on early side of timeline given(great).Quality of windows were everything we had hoped for and expected.Mike and install crew were pleasant,neat,punctual,and willing to answer any questions we had,install went very smooth.For such a big deal in our lives,these people made us feel they were here to please us on all levels.I feel should any unforseen problem with our new windows pop up we will be looked after. We set up an appointment with Clera for someone to come out to our home and give us a quote, the girl in the office was able to book us through email, and was very helpful and prompt in doing so. Shawn came out to our home and was very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. The installation went well, they did a great job and were always on time. The clean up was good, very respectful and courteous.

Clera did a wonderful job coming to the house, listening to our needs and providing windows that so far have stood up to our expectations. If I could give 9.5 stars, I would. The reason I took away half a star is that the installers weren't able to finish caulking all seams as they ran out of silicone. Other than that, I am very pleased with Clera Windows and would highly recommend them.
