This is the second time we have used Clera. This time, they replaced 5 large windows in our basement. Great explanation provided at time of quote and measuring regarding the best type/way to replace the old windows. Windows were manufactured within predicted timeframe. Installers were good communicators, skilled, and left all areas tidy.

Second time using Clera

This is the second time we have used Clera. James came to give me a price and was super friendly with my two dogs who were jumping all over him.
Install date was longer than I thought it would be, but we were kept in the loop of when the window was being made and delivered.

Install was quick and easy, David cleaned the garden and took extra time to make sure nothing could hurt my dogs feet.

Complete house windows

Did entire house with new windows, longer then expected wait for the windows which seems to be the norm these days. Installation had plenty of issues, very poorly and Improperly done flashing, ripped screens. Some issues where corrected but not all. Will have to re-screen a window myself as the factory cannot seem too?
Very disappointed overall and would not recommend at this point.

Excellent customer service from Mike in sales, Erin at the office and installers Jeremy and Jon. Good pricing and I was able to get incentives. They even removed my shutters and re installed post. No other window company I contacted would do that! I am very happy with my new windows and patio door.

My home is around 100 years old and all the windows needed to be replaced. The people that work with Clera Windows were very family oriented, answered all my questions and treated me with respect. Although my home is old and not very level, they were able to replace the windows and make my home look great. Thank you to the Clera Window and Door located in Cornwall, Ontario.

Great Service

We had really old windows and was time for an upgrade. Our windows were the original from 30+ years ago.

Clera gave us a great price and the work was very efficient. When the work was completed they made sure everything was clean and that we were satisfied with everything!! With a great warranty and great price we would recommend this company.
