BUYER BEWARE - do NOT hire Clera Windows and Doors to complete any of your projects.

The customer service we have experienced is absolutely abysmal - this organization lacks any ounce of professionalism and and quite frankly proficiency.

We signed a contract in March and still do not have our door. But the worst part of it is the lack of communication (read: none) and constant follow-up we have to do just to get any ounce of an update from Clera.

Finally we received our installation date and they never showed up. And not only did they never show up, all of our text messages, phone calls, and voice-mails were ignored. We were left completely in the dark. And still have no answers from Clera.

Not credible. Not professional. Zero accountability. No attempts to follow-up and make things right with their customer. This is NOT what I expect for a company, let alone one as large and established as Clera.

Save yourself this head-ache and amount of time having to chase people to get answers. There are plenty of Windows and Doors companies out there - and Clera shouldn't be yours.

We have been in the window and door business for over 43 years, and thousands of customers would attest that their experiences were exceptional and well align with Clera Windows and Doors core values. However, we are certainly no exception to error, it seems that there was a misunderstanding between our sales rep and the installer which resulted in the installer to miss your installation appointment, and, for that we apologize.

As per our conversation, you have confirmed that your installation has been booked for Tues. July 27th.
