Only criticism for us was the length of time waiting for installation. Granted it was a small job and company was very busy during the pandemic. A very neat job of installing the window to replace an ill-fitting very old window..

We apologize for the extended time frame of your project, every job no matter the size, is very important to us. Due to the several lockdowns and the shortage of some key raw materials industry-wide, combined with shortage of staff due to Covid-19 our production schedules have been impacted therefore delaying the timely delivery and installation of windows and doors.
