The windows are top quality. Due to pandemic, it took a long time to get them installed. Installers were very polite, professional, and clean. A problem arose when I was cleaning the windows for the first time. I spoke to my sales rep who assured me that he would have someone fix it quickly.
After 10 days and no contact from anyone, I called the Head Office, Customer Service. I spoke with Rita, who is a real gem. She got the ball rolling immediately and had the original installer fix my problem. She followed up with me (as she said she would) and that reassured me that I was dealing with the right person.
Customer service is very important to me. Rita was the only person who realized how important it was. I thank her for her care and service and hope the others in the company follow her example.
