In the summer of 2019, my wife and I invited Clera in to replace all of the ageing windows on our main floor which was more than 20 openings. The local franchisee was knowledgeable and fantastic to deal with, and his installers were efficient and friendly. Both parties eagerly answered any questions we had throughout the project. The only negative is the apparent quality of the mechanisms for the casement windows; each one spewed fine metal shavings when used. That being said, Clera quickly dispatched their local warranty specialist who explained the issue and the remedy.
We would recommend the local Brockville area Clera franchisee to anyone looking at window renovations.
