Purchased windows ten years ago and needed replacement cranks for living room. After difficulty dealing with the local rep we contacted Rita at head office. Her professionalism and quick solution to be able to insure we would receive them in a timely manner , at no cost to us as outlined in our warranty was very much appreciated and increased our faith in this company.
