I’m pretty happy with the final outcome and the look of our new doors. However, it seemed like we had to seek them out for updates on when our doors would be installed. They were delayed due to COVID, which is completely understandable, they just didn’t tell us until we emailed them asking them about it. The communication could have been better. But happy with the result.

During these uncertain times that we are all going through we are experiencing temporary delays due to the lock-downs and the increased volume combined with our additional precautionary measures that we have to take due to Covid-19. I totally agree with you, your sales manager should have informed you about the delay. I apologize for the lack of communication and for any and all inconveniences.
