My house windows were installed by the previous owner, I transferred the warranty under my name and since then I call Clera windows for the smallest repairs and they get it fixed perfectly and in time.
Whenever I send them an email they call writhing a day or two then John van den Broek takes care of the actual repair, he is an awesome guy extremely kind and experienced.
I strongly recommend Clera windows for the peace of mind, plus the product is 5 stars.
