An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I wanted to email you directly to let you know that Chris and the boys came yesterday and pulled everything out and reinstalled things. They took great care of us and things are 1000x better than they were before. Whatever the issue, I wanted to thank you and Chris for remedying the situation. We are extremely happy with the product, both the front and back door, and really appreciate the constant effort to make a happy customer. Thank you Chris (and Tim and Ken) for working with me to ensure things were fixed and thanks for popping back over this morning to finish things off. I painted the trim and wall last night (couldn’t wait) and so other than a bit of outdoor caulking smell we are fully functional. Thanks guys.
