We are extremely satisfied with Clera Windows & Doors by FM Industries. The salesman 'Bob Tessier' was very knowledgeable and accommodating making our decision easier with confidence.
The installer 'Chris Flaro' was meticulous with the installation. He is a very, very hard worker with perfection. The windows look great both inside/outside. The 'insert' windows are easy to open and to clean from the inside. Chris took care of discarding the old windows and clean-up. Really painless experience for us at an affordable price.
We are very pleased with the quality of windows, the installation and the initial sale. We LOVE our windows.
