I talked with the salesman at my home and described what I wanted done. the initial quote came back and we paid some upfront and the rest when they did the pour. They installed 100 sq feet of new concrete. My wife and I went away for a week vacation and when we returned the new concrete was poured. The step down and short side walk was done wrong because there was no step down just a large piece of concrete beside the garage on the transition down side of the yard. The salesman after repeated unanswered calls came by to inspect and said the installer did not follow his drawing. When they came to replace the concrete that was poured wrong, the installers did not know what we wanted so myself and my wife had to explain to him how to make the form for the pour. Through the whole experience we noticed that there was not proper communication between the sales person and the installer. As well, the sales person would not return any calls or emails of inquiry for weeks at a time. We had a large pile of gravel and dirt in front of our our house for at least 40 days. Not too impressed with this contractor and would not recommend them.
