Hired Ferguson Moving for our move from apartment in Vancouver to house in South Surrey. Professional staff arrived on time, polite and got the job done efficiently. Will recommend to others! Thank you Ferguson.

This was the first time I used a professional moving company. We were moving from a 2 Bdrm Apartment into a 3 story townhome. The movers showed up on time, broke down all the furniture, pad wrapped everything and hauled it down our old elevator. At our new place they set everything back up in all the rooms that items were meant to go.

The process was smooth and easy. The team worked hard and it was a longer day for them (about a 45 minute drive from 1 location to the next).

After lots of hesitation (because of pros and cons reviews) we decided to hire this company for our moving. Three nice guys arrived on time (although they went to the wrong address at the beginning) and tried their best but they were definitely not professionals. They did their best but got tired after loading the truck. They were careful at the beginning but not at the end. They did not have to pack or unwrap anything as it was already done except for a few new pieces of furniture and the bill was still the double of another moving company. I had no contact with the manager Quinn after our move to ask if everything went well as I was told it will happen. We had a very heavy and expensive diner table that had been damaged and our bed frame (brand new) was ruined because it wasn't wrapped during the move. Although the movers did their best, I won't recommend this company. We will probably have to move out again in a few months and will not choose Ferguson.

The move initially seemed ok. When we received our items there was considerable damage to a cabinet, an outdoor couch and a bicycle . Initially I thought this was par for the course and we paid quite a bit for insurance for the items through Ferguson.

Despite having pictures of the damage, they went silent and refused to provide us the paperwork for submitting a claim. And this is after months of emails and texts. It’s quite frustrating because you’re paying a lot more to go with Ferguson than other shops. And you pay quite a bit for insurance which they then prevent you from using when they damage things.

Double move on a weekend as we downsized and had our kids moving the same weekend. Great piece of mind with Jon as he was very responsive to changes that came up with dates and times.
Any issues day of move were resolved quick.

I was very happy with Ferguson M&S shipping my goods from Canada to Australia. Through all processes of the move the staff were professional, courteous and prompt in their dealings with me. My goods arrived safely and were delivered on time as promised.

I would not hesitate to recommend Ferguson M&S to anyone considering a move from Canada to elsewhere in the world.

We moved from our Vancouver condo to our dream house and Ferguson’s were fantastic. They came highly recommended by our realtor and they did not disappoint. Quinn was our sales rep and checked in on us the day of packing and move. Joe and Max packed up our kitchen, art, lamps. Next day they returned with Mischa, Jorge and Dana. Despite the city of Vancouver forgetting to put up no parking signs on our street, these hard working young men were total pros. Friendly, kind and respectful. They worked so hard we took them out for lunch before the unpacking. I highly recommended this company. Moving can be so stressful and they take a large part of that worry away. Thanks guys!

We hired Ferguson Movers to estimate, organize, pack and load the truck for our move from Vancouver to Montreal. It was the best, easiest move we've ever had due to Ferguson's expertise. From Quinn who came to do the estimate, to Justin who was the manager of the packing and loading of the truck to all the wonderful guys that were there doing the packing and loading. They were all so professional, courteous, friendly, and really good! They created tailor made packing for our glass table and mirrors too. The estimate was bang on and they arrived and finished when they said they would. I highly recommend them!
