It’s never fun to go through a move but Ferguson made the transportation of our household items as easy as it could be. They were professional all the way from getting a quote to packing, loading and unloading. I was particularly impressed by the dedication and professionalism of the guys that completed the heavy lifting. I hghly recommend Ferguson for your next move.

Our move with Ferguson went so well- we had a 2 part move that required storage for part of the items. The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to get everything packed up and stored. The 2nd part of the move went just as smoothly as the first. The crew was very courteous and professional. Thank you to everyone- Quinn, Aiden, Michal, Bernard and David, you made this process truly a 5/5 experience! I would recommend Ferguson to anyone that wants a professional move!

This is the second time that we have used Ferguson Moving and they didn't disappoint. They always made themselves available to answer my questions, arrived on time, were courteous, and treated our things with care. They even took some of our old pieces of furniture to the dump at no cost. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again to Quinn and crew for a job well done!

We were looking for a company with packing, moving and storage services, since we were planning to renovate our new place. I contacted a few places, including Ferguson. Juville came to our house, did a quick appraisal and quoted a price which was substantially higher than the other ones. In the end we decided to go with them based on the very good reviews and the pleasant attitude of Juville, our contact point in Frguson, whom I see a great person to work with.
The first instalment was taken from the provided credit card and we were issued a receipt. So far, so good. The movers came for packing, five of them, and did the packing in three hours. That would have taken us a month. Great people to work with. Our stuff were taken to the storage. In the packing process, a part of our IKEA bed broke and the company told us they would replace it. At this point in time, we were extremely impressed by the service we got.
Our renovations took more than three months and at that time we asked for the delivery. Juville arranged the whole thing in the most efficient way. Come the day, three movers came for unpacking, none of them having a clue how to reassemble IKEA beds. In the process of "repairing" the broken piece, some other pieces were lost and the bed could not be assembled safely. Again, Juville to the rescue. She arranged for a refund of the bed price in no time and we were so happy I actually told the contractor working on our house this is the company you should suggest to your clients.
Things went downhill from this point. Checking to see if the refund was deposited to my account, I noticed a series of odd charges by Ferguson. In the course of three months, apart from the agreed sums, these were taken:
April 2: 94.76
May 2: 947.59
June 2: 947.59 - 61.99
July 2: 885.60
Sure this was a mistake, I called Juville again. She told me their storage department has made the withdrawals and connected me to a lady called Sarah. People should learn: you make a mistake, you apologize for it. Well, she didn't. At first, she tried to convince me they were rightly taken. After I explained to her where the mistake was, she mentioned some added charges because of the extra storage time (I understand this), but there was no proper explanation the extra charges and no receipt was issued. She told me the refund will be issued within five minutes. There was no apology of any kind from her and she had an attitude like I had to apologize for taking her time. If anything, they had charged me about $2200 more than what they should have.
Back to Juville, I explained that I needed to see proper receipts for the extra charges. She told me three separate receipts will be issued.
Nothing happened in the mentioned "five minutes" or even for hours after that. The next day I sent her an email again mentioning my calculation for the refunds show about $100 more than what Sarah mentioned, asking for the receipts AGAIN. I have been waiting for those for the past 10 days.
I understand mistakes happen. How you correct them is important though, and dealing with Ferguson storage department was an experience I'll never want to go through again. People trust you with their credit cards. You can't over charge them by about 40% and never tell them why you have charged them.

Ferguson was available to do the packing and moving on very short notice with a quote provided within 24 hrs.
Since I will be moving to Vancouver Island eventually, being given a set quote for all aspects of the move was much appreciated. I was assured there not be any sutprises re costs.
The packing and moving crew were amazing! Patient, cheerful and efficient at all times no matter how challenging the task. And more crew turned up to help move a very heavy piano throught a tight spot!

Ours was a simple job - move the furniture out of the house for a week while we had our floors refinished and then put back again. From our first encounter with Quinn to Joel and Joe who did the work the professionalism and courtesy of the team was superb. Joel and Joe, on completing the task asked “is there anything else we can help you with?”. I would go straight back to Ferguson again with no hesitation.

A few years back Ferguson's came out the best of 3 possible movers that I contacted to handle our move and the end result was more than satisfactory. This time I did not even shop around but went straight to Ferguson's and also with the hope that Quinn Johnson would still be there to handle it and to my relief he was (is). Even though this second move has been very small, it was finicky, and I could not be on site for the pickup, but Quinn generously welcomed my business and willingly agreed to take care of all that I asked of him. The move is now completed and I could not be happier. Over the past 45+ years I have moved a number of times and with other companies but my recent experience with Ferguson's has put them clearly on the top of my 'list'. Their exemplary customer service; very reasonable prices; attention to communications and information details throughout the move process; and obvious efficiency and professionalism throughout makes me wish I could move a thousand times with Ferguson every time! I truly wish Quinn and Ferguson's a successful and prosperous future.

My family moved from Surrey, BC to Courtenay, BC at the end of June, and I cannot say enough good things about Aron and Judit. The cost of our move was competitive (and fixed!), and we were impressed with how organized they were in providing the initial assessment, and scheduling the move (which is not easy with ferries leading into the Canada Day long weekend!). The moving team was flexible, arriving at a time that worked for our family, and very efficient. They handled our complicated, heavy wood furniture expertly and our move-out was quick. On move-in day on Vancouver Island, Aron and Judit’s team arrived promptly as scheduled, and were again very quick and efficient. Their service was excellent as they endeavored to ensure all of our furniture was placed just as we wished before their departure. While we were very pleased with the cost, speed and efficiency of our move with Ferguson, what stood out for us was the level of service. Aron and Judit were models of professionalism and politeness, setting a tone of quality service and respectful courtesy across the whole crew, which continued throughout the move-in and the move-out. I highly recommend Ferguson.

Greg and his team did a brilliant job for our recent move. We found them fast, efficient and professional. Our furniture was well protected with blanket wrapping. Boxes provided were sturdy and plentiful.
On arrival, because the slope to our house was too steep for the heavily loaded truck, the guys had to park at the bottom of the slope and push or pull trolleys up the slope which they did with such grace and cheerfulness! We were very happy with the move and would definitely recommend Fergusons.

I had five different movers quote for my move and Ferguson was the only company willing to give a fixed price up front. They were very helpful, supplied us with all the boxes we wanted ( at no extra charge) and even came in a couple of days before the move to wrap up as much of the furniture as possible so we would have a head start on loading day. That went very smoothly. The next day they unloaded from the truck and carried everything up a steep drive to the house very hard and time consuming but the guys were cheerful and positive the whole time and the move was a complete success. Not a thing scratched or broken. I will recommend them to everyone in future, thanks for making it a stress free day!
