We recently renovated our office and Faulkner's supplied three fridges, a dishwasher and a microwave for our growing office. We had a problem twice and the team at Faulkner's came back right away and fixed the issues. I have always received great pre and post sale service from Fred and his team.

I again went to Faulkner Appliances because they carry a variety of brands and the prices are comparable or better than most other dealers.

Our house is a century home that sits up from the road with a long drive and many narrow staircases. The team assessed how to get out the old appliances and within an hour had the new ones installed. They were professional, had a sense of humour about some of the obstacles and gave me the time I needed to prep the space for the new pieces. It was a great experience all around and I would recommend this company for both their products and service.

I was very disappointed with the professionalism exhibited by the delivery/install team this morning. My husband was trying to clean out underneath a single unit combo washer dryer which probably had not been cleaned out in years notwithstanding the fact we are just tenants who recently moved in. I have a crying baby in my arms and here these goofballs are heckling my husband for taking 5 minutes to clean where the washer dryer had been saying their grandma could clean quicker. That's not acceptable. My husband went with you guys over another company for customer service. We did not get the customer service we paid for. If they wanted things to go quicker perhaps they should have showed some understanding of the situation and offered to help instead of arguing with a mom who is trying to care for a teething baby. I know you probably won't do anything but I'd appreciate it if you would.

Bought a washer by phone from this company after reading about them on . Homestars . Great experience. Salesman on the phone was helpful honest and did not uosell when I was clear that I wanted an inexpensive Toploader. The delivery guys are equally helpful and friendly. The fact that I could do my order by phone after reading reviews and deciding on what I wanted was very helpful.

There is a reason why these guys are in business 60 years! Absolute pleasure to deal with. Easy communication on phone and email. Competitive pricing. Got a day ahead call for delivery. Delivery guys were excellent ; un-crated at the curb. took great care in house, checking things out before bringing in the unit. They rolled it in, took the time to level it properly, and took the old stove in the garage. All packing materials were taken away. Absolutely perfect. We've bought many appliances over the years ; more than I care to remember - but this was the best experience. Definitely recommended! Now we just hope the stove works as good :)

We went to Faulkner's looking for a washer and dryer. The person we spoke to in the store was very helpful. He was patient and answered all of our questions fully. He explained the features of the different models but there was no pressure to buy on the spot. In fact he told us to check out other prices online. We did that and found that Faulkner's offered the same or better price as other bigger stores. On the day of delivery (which was also very fast) the delivery men were not sure if the appliances would fit down our stairs. They took a lot of time to measure and determine if they would fit and if our old appliances could be removed. They went above and beyond to figure out how we could get the washer and dryer down the stairs (including removing door trim). They set everything up and ensured the appliances were level and ready to use. They also gave us helpful tips about use and maintenance. I would definitely purchase from Faulkner's again.

Went into store last week to replace an over the range microwave that was not worth fixing. Fred was very helpful in taking the time to explain all the options and we agreed on a purchase and installation at a very fair price. Fred was very punctual and efficient when it came time for the installation. I highly recommend this local store and gem to anyone looking for appliances.

The service was very good and delivery on time as promised. Delivery men very polite and considerate. Gas installation by Bob (Bob's Installation) was excellent considering it was a tricky fishing job. Very satisfied overall and pricing also very competitive.

As part of our recent kitchen renovation we bought a new stove, fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher through Faulkner's Appliances. Their price was substantially lower that any of the other places we looked, and they were very cooperative when we needed to revise our deliver date because of construction delays. They uncrated and installed the stove and fridge efficiently and cleaned up nicely. The dishwasher and microwave were installed by our contractor.
