He goes above and beyond and takes pride in his work. He replaced leaky kitchen pipes, a bathtub handle cartridge, bathroom sink pipes, stoppers in the tub, and sink in a timely fashion. Express Rooter Plumbing promptly returned my call and came out within a couple of hours and fixed the problem with our sewage pipe blockage. They gave me an estimate before they came and have since provided an additional quote to fully resolve the problem in the long term as we have tree roots interfering with our sewage pipes. Great service, professional, friendly, and quick:!

My garage floor drain was clogged and the recent storms with heavy rainfall had caused the drain to back up and flood the garage floor. I called Express Rooter and they said they could have a technician over within 2 hours. Wow! I was thrilled they could schedule someone so quickly. The technician actually arrived within 30 minutes. Wow again!
They assessed the issue and gave me a quote. They were very polite and gave me tips on how to keep the drain clean. They snaked out the clog, cleaned everything up and put my tools and containers back in their proper place without me asking. I was pleased and will call Express Rooter again for any future plumbing issues.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Very bad job, try to upsell, and offer no warranty on their service. They are not 24/7, they charged $800 to unclog a drain, in 2 days it clogged again, they wanted another $800, with no warranty or offered the option of $1500 to flush it, again with no warranty......

Blocked sewer line,tech proceeded with camera as preliminary trial to unblock the line (350$) then proceeded with snaking the line ( separate cost 450$ ) line is free .The whole process time at location is 1 hour and half .Total cost 800 $ + tax

I woke up this morning thinking it was going to be a horrible day when I found a water leakage in my basement right on the meter valve
I called Express Rooter plumbing at 9:00AM and by 1PM they had everything fix

Very pleased satisfied customer! Our kitchen pipes were old and corroded, my husband tried to fix it himself, big mistake. Express rooter came up as the #1 recommended plumber on Google. So I gave them a call. Immediately I was greeted by a friendly man who dispatched Majid within the hour. Majid came, explained the situation, gave me options and was finished within an hour. How could I possibly ask for anything more.
