Beginning of this summer we noticed our exterior side entrance was getting clogged. We contacted a company through homestars and got a 10k quote to fix it as they said only way to fix it is was to connect the drain inside our house. Plus, they would not fix the broken concrete and tile/wall damage caused by doing the job.
We are VERY glad that we contacted Expressrooter as Jason G. was very informative, friendly and honest. He explained that there could be couple of options based after they dug and he gave us quotes. Jason's quote for getting the job done inside the house was 3k cheaper compared to the other company!! As he predicted it was the cheaper option - connecting the drain to weeping tile at the bottom which cost us 3500$. Yes, it felt like a huge amount for 3 hours of work plus Jason coming initially to see the job BUT we were relieved that it got fixed by professionals and it didn't cost 10k! Jason also answered questions after the job was done and his service was very professional and prompt. Totally recommend them!
