My kitchen drained was clogged. Called Expressrooter plumbing and a plumber was sent to my house. After he did the snaking for $395.50, my drain was hardly flowing. The plumber told me that to resolve the problem that they will need to do high pressure wash but to get a more permanent solution that there was needed to excavated and break my walls to install new drain pipes and I was going to be responsible for installing back any broken tiles and walls. This was to cost $6630 before taxes! Also, I found out that the plumber broke my under sink pipe which started leaking.
Thank God, I decide to google the problem. I realized that all it
needed was just the high pressure wash. The new plumbers I called just re-snaked and did the high pressure wash. And they charged me for the job plus new pipes that other plumber broke and a new clean out installation (which was done in a closet space) a total of $900 before taxes.
That was a huge saving of about $5000!!!!
My advice...research your plumbing problems before calling in a plumber.
So, no, I will NOT recommend expressrooter plumbing

Hello BFC, thank you for sharing your experience with us and Homestars. What yourself and all of ExpressRooter's clients and future clients will experience when you contact us is quality workmanship. You contacted ExpressRooter and we did just that. Our plumber diagnosed your issue after performing services, he gave you the recommendation of a high pressure wash ( temporary repair ) as well as provided a permanent solution to avoid this from happening again ( excavation with new PVC drains ). We are not 100% sure of how we failed as an overall company, we were more than willing and qualified to perform a high pressure wash for less cost. We always provide up front, no obligation pricing for all of our services ( free estimates ). We do recommend anyone who is looking for a reputable contractor to "always" do there research before hiring them. Thank you again for your review.
