We were building a new home and Exclusive Floor Sales came in to do all the hardwood, carpets, and tiles. We received outstanding service and had no complaints. The salesman was especially pleasant to deal with and there was no trouble with the workers.

From the first time I walked in the showroom and throughout my selection process, I received super customer service. The sales lady I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and able to guide me in the direction I needed to go. She was able to clearly explain the way the different hardwoods and laminates would wear depending, of course, on the traffic volume. Thus, she was able to suggest appropriate flooring for my needs.

they are well educated on their products. they have proper people working ie subcontractors and what not and they guarantee thier products, which is great. ive never had a any problems with them, i would recommend them and do recommend them to my friends
