This was our third move in three years and we will not hesitate to use Emerald again. When we booked the appointment we also took advantage of their packing service (which every one should seriously spend the little extra to have done) and the day before the move David, the owner came out to the condo and packed every little thing we owned. I think if we had left the cats in the place he may have packed them as well. The move the following day went so smooth and organized I honestly didn't know what to do with myself. All three guys were super efficient, friendly and professional. Just the effort they put in to getting a huge treadmill down a small staircase blew me away. In previous moves we have had people who were unfriendly and somewhat incompetent but David was such a great guy to talk and joke with he made the whole experience a blast. My only concern that whole day was whether he would take my fiancee Tim from me. :)
