Complicated Situation in a tight space

My home is a triplex that’s so tight with my neighbours, I don’t know how hotwire was able to change the meterbase under such tight conditions and even get a ladder in there. I needed the meterbase replaced Hotwire’s price was good. I am very pleased with the work they did Very glad I made the choice to get Hotwire on the job.
