I have a 8 ft blinds which were touching the floor as the clutch had broken. I sent an enquiry online and Don was communicative in responding. Don asked me to send pictures of the blind and was quick in providing an estimate. It was a seamless experience scheduling the visit. Max came to my condo to remove the blinds. Blinds were returned and installed back in three days. Max and Don were very respectful, communicative and kept me informed throughout the process. I am happy to see my blinds working well once again and would recommend Drape Master's services.
