I was almost taken advantage of by another plumbing and Drain Company until DrainWorks came to the rescue. I had received a quote by “Company A” to change my trap and breather, which had seemed to be expensive and the representative in somewhat of a hurry. So I decided to get another opinion and called DrainWorks who advertised a no commission approach to their business. When I told DrainWorks what “Company A” had quoted me, DrainWorks didn't seem that surprised but said that the high price was probably a result of “Company A” paying their employees by “commission” instead of by hourly wage. I guess the other company's representative hadn't sold a job that day and was looking to make his wage on me - probably his last call of the day! In the end DrainWorks came through and were completely honest and trustworthy.
