My problem surfaced on a Saturday morning of a long weekend. Drainworks was chosen after 2 other enquiries. I felt comfortable with the upfront information I received in my call and decided to proceed with finding out what my problem was.
They arrived quickly and I was very impressed with the expertise and professionalism. There was absolutely no pressure! Once I saw what the problem was (thanks to the camera) and was shown that the blockage had been cleared I knew I had to repair the problem immediately.
It was scheduled for the Monday of the long weekend and they arrived on time and confirmed to me visually every step they took.
The crew worked efficiently and cleaned up so that you wouldn't have known they dug a 7 foot deep hole in my front yard.
