Peter and Denis were very professional, arrived on time and installed everything perfectly and neatly without too much noise as we were working from home. They put runners down so they would not dirty the floor, explained exactly what they needed to do to get my AC up and running and respected social distancing. They built a sturdy pad to put the AC on, as I did not want it on brackets. They cleaned up all packing materials and left my place very neat and clean.
