No Heat for 4 Days ... and On-Going

Without HEAT for 4 days now... and ongoing.
If you read Enercare's facebook reviews/guest posts, there are MANY people explaining the same type of stories.
- each day, a part is supposed to arrive; it does not
- no one has any idea where the part is; what happened to a tracking #?
- was provided with 2 space heaters for 2000 sqft house (laughable solution) ... and only one works!
- have to continually call in to get any sort of communication; no one taking control of the situation to resolve it
Cannot believe a company that deals with helping to provide HEAT during a Canadian Winter is able to operate like this.
