I called Derek’s Tree services for a quote, and Mike came out to give me a quote, the Quote was reasonable, Mike had set a date to come over but we had to change the date last minute due to a family emergency, and they were understanding, I called them back to re schedule, Mike & his crew came to do the job, they were very friendly, efficient, hard-working completed the Job fast and They cleaned up the entire yard, you would never know that they had been there. We were very impressed with how the crew worked and would use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Called Derek's Tree Service, Mike responded immediately and came to estimate the job. Mike was very knowledgeable and gave us good advise about our trees. When Mike & his crew came to do the job, they were very friendly, efficient, hard-working and within 2 hours completed the job. They cleaned up the entire yard, you would never know that they had been there. We were very impressed with how the crew worked and would use them again and recommend them to everyone.

We had one tree that was ailing and one that needed trimming. Neighbours' trees had branches that came into the backyard and we worried that, if we had an ice storm again, those branches would come down, damaging our - and their - property. The team arrived on time and began immediately. Each person had a job or jobs and they worked dependently and interdependently. It was a pleasure to watch. The tree that was ailing was brought down quickly. The other three (one on our property out front and one on each side of us in neighbours' yards) were trimmed skillfully - it was a pleasure to watch. As the team worked, it also cleaned up the areas. When they left (just over an hour later), you couldn't tell they been there - except for the clear skies above. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.

Derek's Tree Service is quite an impressive operation. From start to finish I was very impressed. Quote was timely and competitive. Communications regarding start date was great, even checking again with me the night before. Crews and multiple trucks and staff arrived early and were ready to go. A very well run crew were very organized and fast. My wife was very impressed with their cleanup.

I called Derek's Tree Service when I realized I had two dead trees in my yard this spring. The quote was reasonable and the time frame for the job was perfect. The guys came out and within two hours the trees were down and they had cleaned up the yard. You would never know they had been here they were so great at cleaning up.
