we needed some plumbing work done. they charged for a consultation fee whether you had the work done by them or not (it was not cheap). despite of it all i decided to go with them out of desperation (i had a hard time finding an electrician apparently the contract was not lucrative enough). weeks passed and the promised date of work was not to materialize apparently they were too busy to accomodate me even though i have paid for the consult fee and they were not willing to reimburse me for it. more drama occured and too long to get into they finally did the kitchen plumbing only to be told by my cabinet installer that it was improperly placed to accomodate the kitchen cabinet sink. now i have to live with their mistake and unprofessional treatment of a consumer.
