Last Sunday my 10 years old furnace was giving problem and I could not get a hold of the company who installed it since they were not in business any more. I called Cosmopolitan and talked to Arshad. After listening to the symptoms I described to him over the phone, he asked me to check up on a few things. After following his instructions my furnace was working. He solved my problem over the phone and saved me hundreds of dollars.
