We have used Commonwealth before for a warranty repair on our dishwasher and the tech did a good job so we contacted them again for our Glass top stove. (Not under warranty) Our issue was a runaway temperature. The tech arrived at the promised time and was professional in his explanation. Of course the problem we had the night before didn't happen while the tech was there but I suggested we go ahead and change the temp sensor anyways. ( I did my homework before his arrival) The tech replaced the sensor and all was well. I contacted Commonwealth that evening for a technical question and left a message for them to call. I never received a call back and this was rather disappointing and thus the reason for my rating. The lack of follow up concerns me especially after reading other reviews. Not a great way to run a business.
