Brent was able to come see the house we had a conditional offer on. He made time for us even though we gave very short notice. Brent was very thorough and spent a lot of time explaining issues with the house. Sometimes having to explain it two or three times till we understood. We are much more comfortable with the house and the existing issues and felt that after Brent's time with us we had a much better idea of what we were getting into.
As well Brent took and made available to us extensive pictures of the issues he found and property in general that we were not expecting.

Thank you so much for the review Sean!!! I truely appreciate it!!! Now that was a GEM. At least I thought so!!! Almost at a perfect stage of being renovated. Not one of those homes that take a complete gut job. Some people mean well when they buy older homes that require full renovations, I mean TOTAL renovations, but lets not kid ourselves, we only have so much enthusiasm then it just becomes aggravation. If not a money pit. To me, this home was perfect for getting it ready. I'm sure you and your family will be quite happy and are very excited about what you will do with the home!
