We had Brent out to help us with a townhouse inspection back in November of 2011. Brent arrived early and immediately started examining the exterior of the house. He was very friendly, answered any questions we had, and didn't mind my dad tagging along for part of the inspection asking a bunch of questions. Though the house inspection was fairly uneventful, we both felt that Brent knew exactly what he was doing and would find any problems if there were any. A very detailed and thorough report was provided to us after. We will definitely be using him in the future and would recommend him to friends and family!

He was very easy going! Heck, sometimes I show up to an inspection and the father is there as if I'm picking up his daughter as my prom date.
