Mark inspected my basement and in details explained what needs to be done and answered all the questions that I had. 3 days prior to installation I received a confirmation phone call with the time when repairmen will be coming. The repairmen Ali was on time, explained what he will be doing, did an amazing job and cleaned everything afterwards. Thank you very much for an outstanding service.
