I had an amazing experience with Casalife in Liberty Village. The designer there is so informative , she takes her time to explain every little detail. I looked into hireing a designer and it was $150.00 per hour and she answered design question that I had. It saved me alot of money and I got the furniture that I wanted! I would recommend this place to anyone. Best prices in town on the type of products they sell! I received my furniture on time.

My order of 2 upholstered chairs and a small stool was promised within 4-6 weeks, and was not delivered for 12. After crossing the six week threshold, I began to make weekly calls to enquire as to when I might expect delivery of the items for which they were holding a sizable deposit. Each time I called the store, I was informed that the person who could answer my question was unavailable and would call me back. Each time I recieved a callback it was after the hours I had indicated I would be available and resulted in a message that I should expect my chairs within a "week or two". At the week ten point, I finally managed to get the owner on the phone, who promised he'd look into the chair issue and call me back. When he did, he informed me that there had been an indication that the fabric was back ordered four weeks after my order was placed, but no one had taken the time to look into my questions about delivery, so until that point I had remained in the dark. He offered a ten percent discount by way of apology, and assured me that the chairs would arrive in ten days. They were sent, and I was condescendingly informed that the $50 delivery fee would not be waved, and that somewhere between placing the order and waiting for delivery, the stool (which was paid for in full) that was intended to be delivered along with the chairs had been misplaced, and would have to be re-ordered, and expected for delivery in 4-6 weeks.

Great service!!! The staff there sit down with you and take the time to explain the options. They are more than willing to give their design advice. Furniture is contemporary and well priced. They will try and give you the best price possible. I would recommend them to all my friends!!!

Casa Life provided us with the best price in Toronto for our Calligaris dining table. Also didn't require a hefty deposit for the order which made purchasing from them all the better. While item took a while to come in, as it was a special order, when it arrived, the staff were helpful in making arrangements for delivery and setup. All in all a good experience.

Purchased a lot of our new furniture here. Prices and items were comparable to all the other downtown furniture store but if you found an item cheaper they would work to get you a lower price. Also got a discount with a large purchase. The delivery guys were great, put together our bed frame and lamp for us.

service is average... it depends on who you work with, but their designs are innovative, and fabrics are interesting.

Just heard about this company from the show today. All the associates were very friendly and helpful. The owner especially was very personable and gave excellent customer servie. Their goal is to establish great customer repoire and they seem to be on the right track. Plan on buying a bedroom set from them in the near future, especially because of the great price compaired to others but also because of their customer service. Definitly going to recommed to my friends.

I was very pleased with the selection that was available at CasaLife. The staff were knowledgable and we didn't feel intimidated when we told them our price budget that we had to work with. They truly were committed to helping us find something that would suit or needs and fit our budget. Another thing that is great about CasaLife are there hours. We were able to go the store after finishing work.

Casalife is a great retailer to buy furniture. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and the furniture offered is extremely well priced. If buying new furniture definately visit CASALIFE before you buy anywhere else.
