From start to finish the service from everyone at Casa Bella surpassed our expectations. German Rojas, our main contact and sales rep, was a pleasure to work with - always accommodating and making himself available to answer any and all questions. He even went above and beyond by helping us find a service professional to complete all of the post installation painting and finishing touches. German is a natural in his role and a credit to the Casa Bella brand. Kyle and the entire installation team also exceeded our expectations- they were meticulous and very effective with every window install , the patio door installation as well as the front door entry system. We appreciated how they kept us informed every step of the way and took the time to explain some of the more challenging situations. In the end, Kyle took the time to complete a final QC - to ensure every single window opened and closed perfectly before he felt the job was complete. Finally, I would like to add that we are very pleased with the quality of the product itself - aesthetically, our house has been transformed- the ‘right’ window installation really makes a significant difference to the overall look and feel of your home.
