We needed a window replaced that was quite old. Joe was great to deal with. Installers came on schedule and all was done as planned.

After receiving several quotes, we chose Canadian Choice to replace all the windows in our 35 year old home, not only because of the reasonable price but also the quality of their windows. Adriano was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions about their windows and the installation process. He was also very helpful in assisting us with the application for the rebate program. The installers, Andrew and Ten, were meticulous and made sure the windows fit perfectly and looked great! We are very happy with our new windows and would highly recommend Canadian Choice Windows and Doors.

I had leaky windows. Were very old and letting the cold air in during winter. I am so happy I got them replaced. I found the company very helpful, they were quick in responding. Sooner than expected. Their service definitely deserves a 10 star. My new windows are so beautiful! A job very well done, by professionals. Impeccable work. I posted a picture of before and after unfortunately my picture does not give it justice, due to poor lighting. I love my bay window. My bathroom window has the most beautiful frame around it, such a lovely finish.

Canadian Choice was an absolutely fantastic company to deal with on upgrading the windows and doors on our 85-year-old home. After receiving 2 other quotes for the upgrades from competitors, Canadian Choice were the clear winner. Ryan, our sales rep, was outstanding in explaining the different styles of windows, the different types of insulating factors, government rebates, and Canadian Choice discounts. Once we signed the contract, Canadian Choice Customer Care were exceptional in conveying order information, arranging a home energy audit (for government rebates), order updates, and arranging the installation dates. The installation was seamless. The installation crew were very detail oriented, and very nit-picky in making sure every window/door/trim/caulking were installed perfectly (as if they were installing on their own house). Ive never had a company continually ask if we were happy with what we were being told/seeing and was there anything else they could do for us (and sounded like they actually meant it). This is a company that truly understands customer satisfaction and go over and above your expectations.
