We had a bathroom window installed & our back door replaced with a double sliding door. We dealt with Vlad Nemchuk who was friendly and professional & the project was completed in good time. We are extremely happy with the results.

Mike the salesman did a great job going through the choices available and what would work best for our home. had to call the company several times to remind them to come and measure the windows and door ..and to remind them to check if the windows are ready to install ..not flexible in appointments date .. a day in a month or wait till end of next month ..not accurate measurement . the staff was in rush to finish the job and go for another appointment!!! did not clean up properly when he left . .some of the windows are not smooth to be closed easily.called them to come and have a look , no response yet ..life time warranty is a joke !!!...stay away from this company ..

I was very happy with Max the salesman for not over selling or doing pushy sales. The product was great really notice the noise reduction more than the warmth. But the best selling features was the lifetime warranty on service. I always recommend Max to people asking about the windows and I'm very happy to recommend the product as I am loving the quality and comfort.

I signed up with this company because of their apparent quality of windows and dedication towards customer satisfaction. The install took a while to happen, but when it did it was fast, professional, and courteous. The windows look good and are a big improvement. I had an issue with one of basement windows not meeting regulations, when I brought it up the company responded and we resolved the issue courteously and professionally.
