I was looking for a windows & doors service for sometime and saw your fliers in the mail so I called the number and within 3 days they sent the sales person Marina.
She was very helpful and gave all the information I needed so I signed the contract right away.The installers Igor and 2 other guys were very courteous and did an amazing job.The product received are outstanding and I'm very happy with my overall experienced with Canadian Choice company.I would definitely recommend this company to others 100%.Thank you!

We bought windows and installation from Canadian Choice Windows and Doors for replacement all windows in our house with an amount over $36,000. The installation was completed in March 2013. Some windows with curves are not match with the wall but were installed with ugly features.
Since that time after the windows were installed, there were always moistures on the windows. We called the salesman Ray but without any response. While the winter came, the situation got more worse: we need to clean and dry the moisture and water on the windows with several large bath towels each hour from time to time every day, otherwise; we cannot see outside from those windows and got water flows to floor from those windows.

I took pictures and emailed to both sales representative Ray and the service department Alexwindows on 31st Oct. 2013. In our email to them, we requested them to send technician to view the window they sold and installed to us, and find reasons of those problems, then resolve those problems. Unfortunately we got no response from them up till today, the 26th Nov. 2013.

Again, on 18th Nov. 2013 my daughter sent pictures to head office of this company in Toronto and called this company two times on 19th and 20th Nov. 2013. Unfortunately we got no response again.

I then called 1-866 807 8064 today 26th Nov. 2013 and requested her (the one who answered my call) to send technician immediately to inspect those windows and resolve the problems immediately.

Now we are awaiting response from this company.

We enjoy DIY work on our 100 year old house, but with several windows needed, decided to try Canadian Choice. What a good choice that was! Max gave us a very good price on an excellent product. Yuri and his assistant installed the windows skillfully, cheerfully and on schedule, even though that meant working through a wicked storm and biting cold.
We are so very pleased with the noticeable improvement in warmth, and with the great look of our new windows, especially the octagon window on the top floor - really bumps up our home's curb appeal.

Jason's and Jeremy's install crews were fast, efficient, punctual, and clean-up was great. Job was completed on time and on budget. Workers were very personable and very informative about the product. We recommend to everyone. Professional people.

We needed to replace all 19 windows, front door, and back patio doors on a home we bought this year in May. CCW&D came in, were very professional and friendly, explained the process to us, went thru they catalogue with us, and came up with the best solutions to replace our old windows and doors with new ones. We had 5 or 6 other companies come in and not one of them could compete with CCW&D for service, price, and solid windows and doors for our home. WE are beyond grateful for their great service and awesome crew who came in and out them all in. The house is wonderfully warm and cozy now, and the front door is absolutely gorgeous. Everything looks amazing from the inside out and was done perfectly. We would recommend this company to anyone else because you wouldn't get better products or service anywhere else. PERFECT is how I describe the work they did on our home. Kevin Steer, was our rep, And Jeremy, Jason, Serge & colin were our install team and they are all awesome, from how we first met, to working in our home, to the install, and to the clean up. Would highly recommend them for all jobs in the future.

I have a 40 year old home that needed new windows and doors. I found Canadian Choice through a coupon. I had their salesperson Max come to my home. He was very thorough and gave me the information I needed to decide. The installer, Illya, was excellent and finished the job with great attention to detail. I was very happy with his workmanship. I would definitely recommend him.
