We were looking for new windows and sliding door to replace. We got an estimate from Canadian Choice Windows. The sales rep. was Max. He was very informative and explained everything about his product. The installations team were polite this us, did good job and finished in one and half day. We would recommend this company and Max to our friends and family.

Of the 3 companies we reached out to for estimates, Canadian Choice was our favourite. Phil was very patient and knowledgeable. This helped to reassure us that we were dealing with a company that knew their windows. Igor and his team arrived on time and installed all 7 windows within 4 hours. My new windows are beautiful! We will definitely use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family!

I had an excellent experience. The sales guy Mike was very knowledgeable with the window products that he was selling. He was very knowledgeable with his products. He was also very professional and showed me lots of pictures of previous jobs that he accomplished. The entire installation crew was excellent.They did a great job, came up with a very reasonable quote and quick timeline. Thank you.

Got choice windows to install all my windows.
Very good looking and quality windows.
Install was done very good and all mess cleaned
love the fact that the windows flip out for easy cleaning no more
climbing ladders to clean outside windows.

Sales: We were 100% satisfied with our experience with salesperson Kevin Steer, who took the time to go through all of our options. He was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with, despite the fact it was pouring rain, cold, and late in the evening when he came to give us a quote. We were impressed that he made the time to meet at our convenience but at no point did we feel pressured by him to commit on the spot.
Install: Jason and Serge installed our windows quickly and efficiently, with confidence and professionalism. They were also very friendly and easy to talk to, we felt totally comfortable with them in our home all day. Kevin also stopped by during the installation to answer any questions and check on how the installation was going, which was also impressive. Kevin and Jason also promptly answered follow-up questions we had months after the installation.
Overall: The quote from Canadian Choice was by far the best price that we found. The windows look fantastic and performed wonderfully during the horrendous cold we had this winter. I have already recommended Canadian Choice, and Kevin and Jason's team in particular, to several people since we got the windows last fall. We'll definitely be using them when we replace our remaining old windows and doors.
