Canadian Choice

The only Choice. Everything was great from the initial meet to the installation of our windows. We got a few estimates prior to making a decision but it turned out to be an easy choice with the Sales rep, Matt. He was easy to work with, very professional and had a lot of knowledge. Any questions were answered. They delivered a very nice product and we were surprised to have them installed before the expected date. We highly recommend Canadian Choice - great staff and product. We love our home and are very glad they were our final decision.

The installation team was great. They are hard working and enjoyable in our home. Danny, Costa, and Ryan were very efficient and dedicated. We wish them the best of luck. Thanks for a job well done to Mike, ours sales rep as well!

Alex the sales rep & Anton the installer were very professional and accommodating. However the inside blind on the back door was not working properly and needs adjusting. They came out the same day we phoned to let them know and they were quick to make the right calls to have it replaced in just a one to two weeks. We have been very pleased so far and will continue with this review when the job is completely finished.

The windows were completely to my satisfaction. They look beautiful and I am very happy with them. The installer Igor was very polite and friendly and Stan our salesman was knowledgeable and provided all the sordid details we asked for. Our home was left spotless after the installation and it was well in our budget! So glad we got these windows, thank you!

I had an excellent experience with company. Sale rep, Olga, was very friendly and helpful. She gave us good advice and offered good price. Installation guys showed at promised date. They replaced our four windows in half a day, cleaned after work done. Olga came next day to check how work was done. Good job, Canadian Choice Windows!
Update: Winter came and flaws with installation revealed: in one of four windows installer failed to put enough insulation. I had a condensation issue with this window, so I removed the trim and found gaps in insulation. Actually I was able to see daylight... Turned out, that even at "good" spots, there was only 1 - 1 1/2 inches of foam. I didn't bother to call Canadian Choice. I cleaned and put new foam by myself.

Manny brought a lot of knowledge and experience to help us make the right choice from both the aesthetic and energy efficiency perspectives. We really thought the picture window in the kitchen was the jewel in the crown and will go a long way in selling the house. Paul and his crew arrived promptly and worked efficiently and quickly, and cleaned up like no one was here. Every phase was professional. We would recommend Canadian Choice Windows & Doors to everyone.

We were very pleased how professional the installation was and the quality of the workmanship from Anton. In comparison to the other windows companies, the cost was comparable, but the quality was superior in terms of product and workmanship, as well as the service we received from Stan, the salesman.

I contacted Canadian Choice Windows and Doors to come to my home and get an estimate done to replace all windows and doors. I was contacted by Kevin Speers to set a time and date for him to come. I received a phone call from him stating he was 30 minutes away right on time. Upon his arrival he greeted me politely and introduced himself. He was very knowledgeable to the different styles of windows that would suit every room in our home, living in Drumheller which is very hot in the summer and having no air conditioning unit he knew we needed every window to open, he also suggested a type of window to not allow the heat in. A fantastic person to work with. As I patiently waited for our new windows and doors Kevin would touch bases with me to give an update when the windows would be ready from the factory. Any question I had he got back to me quickly.
The day finally arrived to have them installed!! About 5 weeks after the initial order which is not bad considering it was an entire house with some very large windows. To be able to complete such an big install they had two of their crews come out, Jeremy, Jason and their crews. Upon their arrival they all introduced themselves, I showed them around a little bit and immediately they got going. If they weren't sure on something they would promptly come and discuss with me to figure out a solution. They cleaned up the mess they made it was like they weren't even here aside from my fantastic new windows and doors! Both crews were great, easy to talk to and polite in every way. A big thanks to Kevin, Jeremy, Jason and crew!!!!
