Joe was the representation who came to our home to give us our no-obligation consultation. He was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process from start to finish (measurements to final installation). We knew what to expect and were very pleased with the final results! Luka, the installer, and his assistant, Alex told us what they were going to do and answered all of our questions. They demonstrated the various features of the windows.
