We are very pleased with Canadian Choice Windows and the product they produce and the installation. From the start to the finished product, everything went smoothly, meeting our expectations that we were given from the first day we requested a free quote.
Our sales manager Kevin, was very accommodating to all our questions and concerns and made an extra trip out to our home to address some options we couldn't decide on by ourselves. He was prompt and getting us any additional information we requested.
The crew was very good, courteous and efficient for the installation. The worksite was cleaned up and all salvaged material and garbage was hauled away as per the contract which is a great for homeowners.
One of the screen frames on a casement windows had a scuff mark on the frame and the screen had a rip in it, which the foreman ensured as well as Kevin, that it would be replaced the next time they were in our area.
We are very happy with our new windows and our expectations were exceeded with the finished product. We would highly recommend Canadian Choice Windows to anyone that is looking at window replacements.
