I am very satisfied with this company and their work! The representative was very accommodating and professional in helping us navigate and organize for replacing the windows of our house (including three quite big windows!) ... especially since my parents don't speak very much English at all (Chinese fluent representative ... which was super helpful).
The installation specialists were very timely and polite, and were willing to go above and beyond. We had windows replaced with them in that past, and due to time, the caukling started to crack a bit ... the installation gents were very open and willing to re-caulk some of those cracked spots for us!
Overall, very good company! Highly recommend!
