We were very impressed with the salesman who came to our house to give us an estimate on new windows. Out of the four different companies we had come in, Dainis took the extra time to explain everything about the various window options, how they are made, and even demonstrated removing the screen on a sample. Very thorough. We were also impressed with the price. The only issue was a power surge that occurred during installation from the saw, which we should have investigated with the company as it was not a simple breaker but a wiring issue which took an electrician several hours to sort out. Turns out it was a nail from the living room window through the wiring in an outlet. We were lucky to have a family member fix it for us but in hindsight, should have made the company aware. Otherwise it was a great experience!
