The technician came on time, price was reasonable and I have a peace of mind having someone look after the furnace that specialise in furnace. Very impress with their quick response.

We got lennox air conditioner installed by cambridge heating cooling. We found them very professional , their technicians are very friendly, they completed the job on time and we highly recommend this company.

I called Cambridge for installing a new AC, they visited me the same day and gave me a estimation. I was really surprised in a good way by seeing their price. I had 2 more quotes in my hand but the difference in price between cambridge and the other two were a lot. Cambridge seems to provide me a good deal. The Technician answered all my technical questions at ease and seems very experienced. I booked the next day for installation. They were very punctual and have completed the installation ahead of mentioned time. yesterday my home was melted with the hot fumes and today it feels like winter. Thanks to Cambridge for providing me a good deal that i cannot refuse and installed the next day. They made the work so simple, easy and mostly neat work. I am so happy i found Cambridge and i will definitely refer them to all my people with a smile....

We were experiencing severe problems with our air conditioner. Due to the extreme heat in Toronto we had to call up a technician and got our a/c checked up. We got a hold of Cambridge heating, they came in and advised us to do a tune up on our a/c. Their work was quite tidy and neat at a decent cost and unlike other companies didn't mislead me to buying a new a/c for my place. I am looking forward to contacting them for winter if needed..

We purchased a Napoleon 14 SEER A/C unit from Cambridge Heating and Cooling. After the technicians completed the job and left i went to investigate. I noticed that they installed a Goodman 13 SEER unit instead, also it was on brackets which we requested we wanted it on a slab instead of the brackets as we did not want anything screwed to the foundation of our brand new home. I immediately contacted our salesman who argued with me that we requested it to be on brackets even though he circled the Patio Slab on our contract, also he did not want to believe they installed a Goodman unit instead of the Napoleon that we ordered. After sending pictures to his manager he finally agreed that it was incorrect. We advised we would keep the unit that was installed and agreed to a refund amount for their error. This all took place on a Friday and they promised we would have our refund at the latest by Monday. Monday turned to Tuesday and Tuesday turned to Wednesday. It is now wednesday and our salesman is now not answering our calls or returning our messages. We referred our neighbour who was to be getting his AC (same unit) installed the same day as us however the company showed up and did not have enough materials to complete both jobs. We are not satisfied and would not recommend this company.

Great customer service, I thought my water pump was broken but it was hose that needed to be replaced. The service person came on time and actually called to inform me he was on his way. The Service man was knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend Cambridge Heating & Cooling to anyone!

Cambridge heating came to my house last week for furnace cleaning.technician looks very professional with uniform.He explain me about filter and how thermostat work.After finishing job,he clean the job site as well.I will fully recommend this company to all of readers.
