In late summer, my old air conditioner stopped working properly (coils were freezing over, turns out the existing unit was really low on refrigerant). First call was to Button's due to some wonderful customer service from a previous interaction years ago. Brandon came out, had a look, and talked me through a number of options - really appreciated his clarity and patience in walking me through it all. Landed on installing a new unit. Didn't feel pressured at all into this decision. Price was very fair. On installation day, Mike and Garrett came out and did their thing - they worked quickly and quietly. Once finished, they walked me through the new unit and shared some maintenance tip, etc. Job site was cleaned up perfectly - you'd never know that they'd been there. New unit has been working great, and I've had zero concerns or issues.
Overall, a terrific experience. Would recommend to all - it's a no-brainer.
