Had an emergency, and called a half dozen providers for help. Belyea should have been my first and only call. Dispatch was a pleasure to talk to, and put me at ease. Technician showed up later that day, on-time, and with a courtesy call 30mins prior. Tech was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to troubleshoot, service, and teach me about the unit. They provided me with a brief diagnostic on some issues to keep an eye out for in the future. I’ve worked with a lot of technicians and trades over the years and the experience with Belyea Bros was second to none. They are now my go-to for anything HVAC.
